Proof of Health and Self-sovereign Identification

Proof of Health is what will now accelerate the adoption of Self-sovereign Identification, as it was all planned in the new world order by the UN.

In 2018, ID2020 Alliance Partners, working in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), drafted a formal articulation of their perspective on ethical approaches to digital identity. The landmark ID2020 Alliance Manifesto forms a starting point to guide the future of digital identity globally.

The Need for Good Digital ID is Universal

The ability to prove who you are is a fundamental and universal human right. Because we live in a digital era, we need a trusted and reliable way to do that both in the physical world and online.

A good enough argument was made that Digital ID, or preferably Self-sovereign Identification, would make the world, both online and everywhere it’s necessary to identify yourself. Obviously a Proof of Health certificate, most often in the form of a QR Code, is now the big reason to need digital ID protocols in place. So, now one will come with the other.

They are also launching the world’s first anonymous contact-tracing passport that can be integrated with e-visa on arrival systems (eVOA), travel insurance companies, airlines, hotels and retail shops.  While contact-tracing applications have undergone harsh scrutiny since the pandemic began, with studies showing many tracing applications lack adequate security, are manual and expensive to execute.  Lions Gate self-sovereign identity storing model overcomes the major hurdle of securing data integrity by ensuring data privacy through anonymous distributed ledger cryptography.

Lions Gate advocate practical applications using mobile phone technology to provide the optimum personal device to store your digital identity, which when accompanied with a certified clean bill of health then the phone app generates the QR code that provides only the Proof of Health pass.
